Terms & Conditions

1.    Services:
By booking, you agree to follow all treatment guidelines and sign a consent form. Services are non-medical and aesthetic in nature.

2.    Booking Policy:
-    Deposits are non-refundable and required to confirm an appointment.
-    24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

3.    Payment:
-    Payment is due at time of service.
-    We accept cash, cards, and Cherry financing.
-    No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit deposit.

4.    Refund Policy:
-    No refunds on completed treatments.
-    Unused sessions may be credited for use within 6 months.

5.    Medical Disclaimer:
Treatments are cosmetic and results may vary. Clients must disclose medical history and follow pre/post care instructions.
 
6.    Limitation of Liability:
Genesis Med Spa is not liable for results affected by non-compliance or undisclosed conditions.

7.    Governing Law:
These policies are governed under the laws of the State of Montana.

9. Consultation and educational services only. Medications are prescribed soley by liscensed providers following medical evaluation. This form does not create a patient-provider relationship. Individual results vary.
